Taikyoku Kuzushi
The fundamental set of movements taught by Ellis Amdur in his approach to body training. Adapted by Taikyoku Budo to be the container to train body conditioning - as shown in the example with a medicine ball - as well as a vehicle to express internal strength principles. A worthy solo practice that can be extended as a paired partner practice along standup and clinch ranges, as well introducing groundwork concepts.
